First Gen4 tune.. having some issues

First time tuning a gen4 ecu and I have a few issues I cant seem to figure out.. Sometimes rolling into boost it starts spit and sputter other times its fine(plugs are tr6 gapped at .020). and if I turn on DFCO the truck surges and wants to die.. 2bar os, 08 silverado, 7875 turbo 7psi, deka 80 injectors, and 4l80e... Looking at the datalog, in boost the timing goes negative for a split second and Im guessing thats the issue.. but Not sure where to look.. I know my VE table still needs some work.. But any help is appreciated Thanks!

I think I have it sorted now, burst knock and trans torque management were still on. Disabled those. Seems to run good now
