    2004 eec v

I have my suspicions about what Im dealing with, but looking for some second thoughts. have a roush blower on an otherwise stock 4.6. FBFG2TF CALIBRATION.

2 biggest issues are 30+% fuel trims that i cannot clear, tried clearing kam with multiple different devices, trims are still there, trying to tune around it, doesnt work, because its never the same, may be 30% one pull, 41 the next, 34 the follow and so on. also tuning around it changes load drastically.

second issue is ecm does not follow timing schedule Put 5+* in entire borderline, and 10* in mbt, make a pull and it is still climbing to 22*, total. cant wrap my head around why cam wont clear, and why ecm is not following timing tables

So, the long and short of it is, somewhere in the reading/writing process, the file became corrupt, and although everything appeared correct, it took someone elses eyes, (decipha) to spot that it was in fact corrupt. Tried flashing a known good file, still no good. Even tried another ecm, issue is likely on vehicle side, either electrical issue or noise on the comm bus. I have done hundreds of these and this is the first to give me issues. So anyone stumbling across this in the future, i had to correct this with a quartehorse and a chip.

hpt and eec-v aren't the best. most have had issues. Normally have to use an older device with earlier software to read/write and another to log. Not sure if they are even worrying about eec-v ecu anmore at this point honestly.

Can you post your def/xdf or whatever? I have what seems like possibly the same ECU that I'm trying to work with and I just cannot find a definition for how to save my life for this thing. If you're editing it with HP tuners I'd really like to know how you're doing that
