    4l80e with relay harness shift pressures

    I'm running a 4l80e on a t42 using the pcmofnc relay harness but I'm having issues taming the 1-2 shift. Torque management helped a little but made the shift sloppy. Seeing as it's running on a 4l60e program and the commanded shift pressures are higher for the 1-2 shift on the 60e than a 80e program would it be safe to lower the pressures?12.21.22.hpt

    start by dropping the shift pressure 5% at a time until you are happy with it.

    Ran into the same a week ago. Truck had a TransGo shift kit. Real harsh 1-2 shift. I had to reduce the numbers significantly as in -40 to -50 from normal value. May want to try BlueCat first than work the 1-2 upshift pressure modifiers.
    Transmission>Shift Pressures>Upshift>Pressure Modifiers> 1->2. [TCM] 15140.
    I added if I remember right plus a -50 to the entire table

    I was initially comparing my factory t42 file to the 08 express file. These two tunes you posted are making me question if I need to just remove the ck performance shift improved valve body seperator plate and throw a stock one in
