15 Turbo Tahoe Closes Throttle at 5000 RPM Eng TQ exceeds Max Eng TQ - Help!

Hello,
I'm currently experiencing the electronic throttle closing around 5,000 RPM and can't seem to find a solution. I am feeling like it is due to the Eng TQ exceeding the Max Eng TQ value. I have adjusted the VTT in an attempt to raise the Max Eng TQ. I have been unable to increase Max Eng TQ without increasing the Eng TQ. I feel like this may be the reason for the issue, but have been unable to find a solution on the forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am posting the tune and log file.

Yes. I have bumped them up a couple of times in the WOT region. I'm not sure what to try next.

Reduce your calculated torque. This can be done a couple of ways. Probably the easiest as a whole is to lower your virtual torque.
