Car will start cold, dies immediately

Anyone have experience on e85 with a car starting jsut fine when warm... but when cold it starts and dies within seconds? But will stay on if small throttle is applied?

2013 srt8 charger... e85 and headers only. here is the tune file.

After about the 7th attempt of starting and applying small amounts of throttle.... it will start to stay on by itself. I have attached file and stock file for reference

need to attach log and need to attach what percent ethanol is in the tank

you say cold, what is the ambient temp?
