Help 4.6L 3V Transient Fuel

I need some help trying to understand transient fuel acceleration gain, gain at startup, time constant, and time constant at startup. Im confused on what the unit of measurement used is and from what i've gathered its basically power enrichment. Currently the thing is running really rich. Any help would be appreciated. I've attached my current tune for a referenceGT Tune - Safe Mod 4.9 MAF 2.45v - 3v .90%(-10%).hpt

It's worth reading the whole thing, but post 22, and Murfie's response to it will get you going.

Transient fueling is something to dial in after the car is generally running pretty good. You should be able to get the car running very well without touching it. Basically it describes how much fuel is stuck to, or will stick to the manifold and cylinder head runners. It is a small adjustment.
