Reading PCM that has been modified usning TunerPro

Hello, I am going to tune a vehicle that has been modified using TunerPro. When I pull the calibration from the PCM will the modified file be downloaded or will a stock file be downloaded that matches the PCM. Thank you in advanced.

Thanks for the link. I will read through the thread. The vehicle is a 1995 Chevy Silverado running the original L31 engine. The owner swapped in a 0411 pcm and loaded a 2002 express van tune file using TunerPro.

I was interested to know what file would be pulled so I know if I need to pay for credits for whatever file HPTuners will pull and to unlock an express van tune.

If you want to write a file modified from whatever you read using HPtuners it will cost you credits. You can find a stock express tune file and do a compare Ctrl+5 compare log and see what HPtuners see's as different as along as the OS's are the same. Some areas that TunerPro can modify will not show in HPtuners so you won't know.
    Your choices.
    1. Run what you got if it works.
    2. Modify what you got until it works but know that if a PCM fails you lost whatever may have been on it.
    3. Flash it with SPS/Techline Connect to a factory setting for the Express van and start fresh but realize you will not be able to modify it the way TunerPro can.
