Is there a Fuel Flow limit on the GPEC2 ECU's?

I am logging a vehicle with 775cc Injectors and it looks like the fuel flow maxes out at 63.9999lb/hr on the scanner.

I am familiar with the GEN4 GM limit and this looks very similar. I just wondered if this was a real limit or maybe just a scanner limitation as I don't see people talking about it like they do on the GM page.

there is no hard injector limit like the gen 4 gm.
