how to get software/hardware see llcense.

Hi.
I just recently purchased an MPVI2pro that came with 2 licenses. I read my 2002 mustang with no issue. I made some small changes, and the software would not allow a write. When I tried to save the changes, the software says no licenses available and asks if I want to purchase them. I checked my account and it verifies that I have 2 licenses available.
So, how do I get the software/hardware to recognize the existing licenses, and allow me to save and write?

I noticed that the software tries to poll the device. the message says polling failed. I also tried resyncing the device. That seems to be ok.
