Pedal Position WOT Start and End on Ecoboost

What would an Ecoboost do if you adjusted these settings similar to how a 5.0 is setup?

A 5.0 has these settings set to got WOT by 90% pedal(looking at a 2018 5.0 tune that uses % instead of Ad count). Would an Ecoboost open the throttle all the way but still control air load via the wastegate?

I'm sure the V6 does it slightly different... But on my 2.3, it doesn't help keep the throttle open.
When it goes "WOT", it just ignores the driver demand tables and requests "all the torque" to whatever load limit (usually LSPI).
