    XDI 65% Injectors

Does anyone have any experience tuning the XDI 65% injectors? It's not as simple as just upping the flow rate by 65% is it? Does anyone have any data?

That’s most of it, in a nutshell. Most tuners end up messing with the rail pressure at idle & low load to get the pulse width up a bit, but overall they’re way easier to setup than the LPE +52% ones.

At minimum just update the flow rate. But you will likely need to adjust rail pressures at lower RPMs to keep the pulse width above 0.8ms, especially if you're on pump 93. I have found that you really need to adjust the flow density multiplier table to keep the injectors more consistent.
