    unlocked TCM throwing p0700 codes

The car is a A10 2019 camaro SS, had a spare tcu sent to unlock & program from HP tuners, did the process and i got a p0700 code that no matter what i do wont go away.

Also downloaded the latest beta, when i use that instead of the stable 4.xx version to tune the TCU the transmission has no reverse or forward gears is this because im using the OG mpvi to tune instead of my MPVI2 or is this a known problem that hasnt been solved?

When I ran into this, I ended up having to send the TCM back to HPTuners. It was an issues with the off the shelf unlocked TCM. I assume due to some sort of incompatibility. So I had the client send in his original TCM to be unlocked and never had the issue again.

Yep I’ve ran into the same thing.

I’ve also ran into an issue with no code, pull the TCM tune (it’s blank), write new progran and it pops up with check engine light that can’t be removed
