2006 Ford Mustang 4.0 L V6 - Need help removing Popping & Flames on engine swap

I'm currently trying to tune a 2006 Ford Mustang 4.0 L V6 Stock.hpt, but it's popping and banging when giving gas. It's a junkyard engine swap, and it was all installed right, but I'm not sure how to make a MAF histogram or any calibration as I only do GM, and this platform is entirely new to me. Any suggestions on getting the pops fixed or what I should recalibrate? Thanks!
