Sound like virus software removed some pathways. Had this happen years ago. You'll have to delete then reinstall hpt to your computer. If support hasn't helped yet. At least that was what I had to do then.

i deleted and reinstalled 4x and it took but now i cant use compare and change anything, it says on read, if i remove compare i can change settings without having any file in the compare.Originally Posted by GHuggins
