2018 Tahoe 10 speed file - Only shows 8 in trans gear ratios

I have been provided with 2 separate 2018 Tahoe 6.2 10l80 Ecm Tune files. One is 2wd and the other is 4wd.

When I look at either file in VCM editor, in the trans tab under gear ratios both files only show ratios for 1-8. I am using VCM Edistor 5.04 Why do the files not show all 10?2018 6.2 10 speed tahoe.hpt

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I don't have the trans controller yet, I am in the process of ordering an unlocked t87a with the correct programming for the 10speed.

What I am questioning though is the ecm tune. More specifically the part of the tune under the Transmission>>>General Tab>>>>Gear Ratios. This part of the ECM tune for the 2018 10 speed tahoe file which I have only shows 1-8 on the gear ratios. (see attached screenshot)

When I look at ecm tune files from other 10 speed vehicles (ZL1), they show 1-10 on the gear ratio tab in the ECm tune.

I am just trying to confirm that I have the right ecm tune that will work fine with the 10 speed t87a TCM. I have confirmed the Tahoe vin and RPO list and the file I have is from a 10 speed vehicle.

I dug up a 2020 Tahoe LT (5.3/A6) file, and it shows "8", even though shift tables are limited to "6" gears.
