i need someone's help please I've taken my truck to a lot of tuners but nobody is able to tune it right i have a 2015 Silverado 5.3 stage 2 texas speed cam with phaser lockout upgraded springs pushrods , have short headers cold intake and no cats but my truck wont sound cammed at all its like if the engine was stock basically

Hard to tell with your logs since all you posted were driving logs, but where it was idling the timing and idle rpm looked wrong. You have both negative timing at slow speeds and high idle and then high timing at what I assume is regular idle - again hard to tell. It's supposed to idle at 775 - even though all the tables aren't setup for this which on it's own is pretty high to get a good lope - DI engines can idle just about anywhere with a cam - doesn't have to be raised up. Your adaptives look OKish. You can raise reserve and external load, but inevitably going to be in the torque model.
Would be best to get a long idle cold start then quick drive while coming to a stop and idling in gear for a couple of minutes and then back to the house and let idle hot in park. Also make sure to add in all of your requested and delivered torque channels.

I have the same cam in my 6.2. I'm not tuner but I got mine chopping fairly good now. I can show you what I did and let the real tuners tell me if what I'm doing is wrong. But it drives good and sounds good now. It might be later today before I can post back.
i have the tsp l83 stage 1 cam in my 2015 6.2 sierra and would also like to compare the tune. i have been trying to get a good chop for a while now.
