    Tcm-2650 vss to speedo help

I have an 06 Silverado 6.0 I have mated with a 6l80e. I have the tcm-2650 hooked up and it runs fine, looking for help with the speedometer. I have hooked it up from the tcm-2650 pin 47 and pin 17 to the cluster and the needle jumps around. Any help is appreciated.

This may or may not help...!

I have the TCM-2650 on my 2001 Holden Commodore and have moved the speedometer output from pin 41 to pin 17, as per the recommendation of a guy in Australia with the exact same conversion. My speedo works up to 20mph and then falls back to zero. If I have the laptop connected to the car with the PCS software running, the speedo will then work at higher speeds, but starts to fluctuate. I have no connection on pin 47 on the TCM-2650.
