What to do to transfer license to new hard drive?

    Morning all.
I'm sure this has been ask before, but I'm not able to find an answer that's not more than about 5 or 6 years old.

I was using my laptop with HPTuner that was running Windows7 (I know, it's an old MSI gaming laptop but it's fast and has an awesome graphics card)
I replaced the hard drive with a CCD because the old hard drive was not compatible with Windows10. I installed Windows 10 on the new drive and I'm in the process of reinstalling all my software, including HPTuners.

What is the process for transferring my 3 licensed ECM's to the new CCD hard drive? I have seen a bunch of different answers for specific situations but none I can find are like mine.
Thanks for your time and help.

License is not tied to any PC or hard drive. It's tied to a vin and the specific HpTuners programming device.

Connect interface to PC. Open Editor. Help > Resync Interface.

And moving the tunes over is just a matter of copying and pasting from the old hard drive to the new one?

A *.hpt tune file is a file just like anything else, photos or MP3s or videos...
