Lets get a log from before Key start, No throttle input, and see if you can add Calculate load to your Channels.

think he wants this
When I get home tonight I’ll post up the new tune, , I pulled some timing in the 700-900 area @ 30-40 map , we’ll see if that helps, what bothers me is baro reads way off, that’s one of the issues.

Try this one,
I compared this tune to a bunch of 6.1's I have and it' a direct copy and paste from a tune that I wrote for 66 Charger with a 06 Durango ECU , with a 6.1 short block, Eagle Heads and Edelbrock Intake. , it runs fine in that combo, 1k RPMs for 15sec of Engine run time.
I also copied/pasted it over to my 05 Daytona(ram , 6.1 with an old XV single plane intake, t-56 trans) that truck starts runs, blah, blah.
I picked Beeny's ear today (Rays kid who wrote Code for DCX) , he says , disconnect the battery, for a few hours, load the tune and see what happens, , he also said as long as the Baro reading is from another planet it'll take it a while to settle down, that's why when Ray disabled Table 2101 (Baro learning) it surged real bad.

How come my baro reading has been so far off? I think this is the issue here .. On the logs it says 7.5 always and doesn?t move . How can i fix that ? Tune seems good , surges a bit on cold start up but it goes away and the hanging idle still there at all times. I feel if i can fix that start up hanging idle , it will be totally fine .

Im pretty much in the same boat. I get a couple swings in the rpm at start up and good after that for the most part ( I need to spend more time on the idle PID I am assuming). And ya still idles high all the time for 90 seconds before it idles down, hot or cold.

I?m pretty sure if i can fix that issue , my problem will go away .. i have a constant 7.5 reading from my baro
7.5 has to be a wiring issue, I've never seen any of these read that low.
