GM Gen 4 transmission segments misidentified

They're in the correct order, just the labels are wrong.

Make a single change in the Trans Diag tab and the 'System' CVN changes.

This also makes it potentially really confusing when discussing segment swaps. "Do you mean the one HPT calls 'Diagnostic' or the real one?" or "Why do I need to swap the Diagnostic segment when the thing I'm trying to change is in the Transmission segment?"

This appears to be only on T42s, labels match the correct IDs on T43s. Issue is in both the old 4.8.7 & at least up thru Beta 5.1.253, I don't have anything newer installed.
