MB GLC 63s AMG suported or not

Hello, I have read that the Mercedes ECU M17.7.5 is supported by HPTuner. Unfortunately, the ECU can not be read. Engine is 4.0l Biturbo. MB GLC 63s AMG 2018 before facelift.
    Can someone help me further.

    Thanks

Yes that is clear, but in the carlist is the ECU MED17.7.5 listed as supported.
And the Engine M177 should also supported.
But the hardware is not identified.
Is there anyone here who has ever managed a connection to a MED17.7.5 ECU ?

    Yes, I have tuned my 2018 GLC63S

Not sure what you mean when you say "ECU can't be read" ?

Pretty sure these are write only so when you connect to vehicle (with internet connection), it downloads
a suitable stock file which you modify and then write to ecu.

You cant actually read the tune that is on the ECU so if it is a non-stock tune file you must start again.

Hello, thanks for your help. "Can?t read the ECU" see picture.

I didn't think it was a virtual read. So was my fault. And internet didn't work as I was in a parking garage.
I will try again when the car is back.
    Thanks again.

Did you get this to work? My laptop is on the Internet and does not read. I can use the vcm scanner however.

It's long shot but maybe you need better internet connection?
With mine I had to move my router to the window, line of sight ~30' away from my car. Plus I need the car door open with line of sight to the laptop. If I don't do any of these things, like if I close the door, or even set the laptop on the pass seat, my odds connecting are greatly reduced. Even with all that I have issues and many times had to use my phone as a hotspot. I've also tried three different laptops and two different external USB wifi adaptors with a long antenna thinking th. No idea why because I can surf the net or whatever no problem, but HP just won't connect.
I also open the Editor with my tune before I leave the house so that internet check hassle is done.
I get a variety of errors when trying to connect to the car. Here's a list:

Please connect an MPVI2 interface (I get this many times a week)
Submitting request to the HP Tuners server (it simply hangs here)
Controller Unlocker: x7F Service Not Supported In Active Session
Interface Not Found Or Not Responding
Controller Unlocker: Convert Seed To Key, Failed
Controller Unlocker: HTTP Status - Not OK
Controller Unlocker: Web Exception, Not Success
Controller Unlocker: Web Exception, Name Resolution Failure
    Http Request Failed - ReceiveFailure
    Http Request Failed - NameResolutionFailure
    Internal Exception

It wont give you a virtual file as it failed to retrive flash, you can contact support or use any other tool to get a bin file and tune it or let someone else tune it
