2014 Caprice ppv surge issue on deceleration

I have a 2014 caprice ppv I'm tuning with a stock bottom end 6.0L with the bald eagle camshaft and a tci 3200 rpm stall converter. The car runs and drives great with no major issues tuned the maf and volumetric efficiency tables. The only problem I'm experiencing is a 4-500rpm surge on deceleration but it is not all the time. Idle is set at 900 rpm. The car does it frequently when getting off the highway. bounces between 600-1200 rpm usually. Any help or ideas is much appreciated tried multiple different things to try to remove this issue including throttle follower torque to no avail.

Might check/reduce your minimum airflow while in gear section... It could be holding the Throttle open a bit too much

DFCO and Throttle opening minimum have a large effect on this. Fueling could also. Post a data log
