I am trying to figure it out myself.
I have Tunerpro and learning that.
Have you had any success with it?

Sorry to burst your bubble. But "TunerPro" on its own will not cut it. You need to modify the ECU logic by disassembling the program code. Some people do it with Ghidra or IDA. Requires lots of experience.

You are likely better off getting an ethanol gauge and building tunes based on ethanol percentage and flashing the relevant tune for the ethanol percentage
