2 misfires on crank, normal? should I even care?

I get 2 misfires when cranking pretty consistently, but not in the same cylinders. Cranking doesn't seem to be affected, and I am wondering if this is just from the mods, or if this is causing damage on crank.

    Car: 07 C6Z
mods: SD 2 bar, Twin Turbo, custom cam (228/249 660/660), runs on 91 and methanol, and has expected accompanying mods, except stock bottom end

I will be happy to hear I am just nitpicking, but would like to hear from the experts.

camshafts can cause the false mis reading, i wouldnt worry about it just raise the threshold a little for it so it dosnt trigger

I was hoping to hear that. Thank you, it's not quite that easy a question to answer by searching online, I greatly appreciate the reassurance and recommendation.
