    Be prepared to either;

spend a lot of time reading and watching videos

or pay someone to do the tuning

or hope someone gives you a tune

Well I gave him a file that had the injector data updated for the new fuel system. Or tried to. Thought I did. Something.

Trims look good, would be nice to have more channels:
    cylinder airmass
    INJ B1/INJ B2 PW
    delivered torque
    trans current gear
    knock retard
and a bunch more, I'm really a Gen 4 guy and a lot of stuff doesn't transfer over.

Disable EGR if you don't have it, also there is an EGR spark table that needs zeroing out if EGR is gone.

Un-disabling the factory power enrichment settings makes the single biggest difference in how these things run. The factory settings are just plain awful and miserable to drive.

New data after blindsquirrels recommendations. Drives ok but its not running like it should. It also seems to push when off the throttle at around 25 mph and will maintain speed with no throttle input.

You need to add the channels I suggested up above.

Pushing through the brakes is from too much base running air flow. There are idle tuning guides that will help you sort that out, probably also give you a list of all the channels you will need.

it takes a pretty good chunk of time figuring it all out.
And if you dont mess with it often, you forget much of it, as i have.
Best bet, is to take a step back, clear your mind, and go at it again.
mr squirrel is giving you hints at what you need, but he doesnt give the answer. You wont learn if handed everything.
    There are steps to tuning.
start with Base running airflow. It takes a weekend to do, becuas eyou need as cold as you can get it and run the engine with no cooling fans up to like 220 if you can hit that.
then shut it off, and wait until sunday morning to do the next step.
Then you can go into VE tuning.
    After VE is MAF tuning.
    Then PE tuning with wideband.
this can take weeks if you cant work on it 8 hrs each day.

Update, reset the TPS and IAC which solved my high rpm issue. I’m pretty close to having a running tune and will post shortly. All the help is appreciated.

And, Gen 3s don't like having the downstream sensors totally removed, they try to run the cat/post O2 test repeatedly, there is no way to turn it off. You have to leave the sensors plugged in but not installed in the exhaust. Once it runs the tests and flags them as failed, it stops trying and you stop seeing it dump fuel and pull timing trying to run the tests.
I did not know this......and I have a very similar Jeep swap (stock 4.8, y-pipe with 3 inch cat, muffler and tail). Cat didn't last more than a couple of months. Downstream O2's deleted of course.
