Also be helpful to know what if anything was done to the fuel system, a GTX 3584 is pretty big for a stock fuel system.

i dont have a tune made as i dont really know where to begin.
the issue i am having though is rough idle. Commanding .65-.80 lambda at idle, breaking up during light acceleration.

Just a guess is that the cam and high displacement is probably throwing off idle VE calculations, will probably have to find the mapped point that idle uses and use the speed density calculator to add some fuel in the right areas.

Needs the engine size changed to start with, and that cam is gonna be another issue getting dialed in. Also, are the injectors stock ? If not, then those are gonna need attention too. I'll get a look at your files later, I need to get to work, but I'll see what I can find when I get a minute.

I took a look at the tune you posted and the data log. You got some weird stuff going on that makes no sense, I,m not seeing any boost, and your air flow is way off for a charger that size. I'll have to look at it more, but I've got other stuff gong on, so it might be a while.
