Ses and mil grayed out?

Trying to clear my cel for rear o2s but my ses and mil section is grayed out and won?t let me select for these specific dtcs. P0038,p0138. I?ve googled what this means but have found no luck. Anyone know how to uncheck these?

New version of HP tuners wont let you change that any more. Need and older version.... 4.XX somewhere in there all the emissions stuff changed.

You can take their online EPA course and have access to those

thats weird because i took the course, signed my name promising i would be good, and still have to use the older versions to change any of that stuf

i tried going thru support.... HTP denied me. told me to suck a egg. no one was saying anything on here but luckily i had downloaded a older version a couple yrs ago

are you saying with the latest beta, 5.1.999,999 or whatever they are up to, nothing is gray when you use it???

i would love to know how that works
