    Tune help...2006 Z

    Can you guys check this tune if everything is good ? My friend told me it looks like all over the place. Its 2006 Z Mods are (Cam .644/.634 .231/.244, timing 2.0 advance, lobe Sep 112, [email protected]" 13.5) E85 with flexfuel sensor walbro 450 pump 72# FIC injectors, fast102 intake with NW102 tb, Long tubes , fixed heads stock compression, BTR dual valve springs, johnson lifters 2110and Halltech killer bee CAI.     Honestly not a horrible looking tune. Lots of things actually dialed in or at least appear to be. Some of the fuel settings are odd such as a stoichio setting of 11 - I assume to make the injectors work out? Then you didn't state which FIC injectors, so no one can verify that.

    Is it doing something as to why you're asking?

    They are Bosch injectors , I feel like its not pushing something is holding back . It did after tuner did tune for 102 throttle body . And the flow rate is 63lb/hr instead of 72 . Can't figure out its the air or fuel ? Thanks for the help.

    And is it setup only for E85 only i don't see any table for gas under (Spark/Advance/fuel) ?

    Injector data is wrong in that case. They doubled stoic and halved the terms - should be half flow rate. You said FIC injectors - Inj clinic or inj connection? It's using alcohol timing - just kind of weird how some of it's setup.

    As for the timing - that depends on the tuner. The table your talking about is for PE. Such as I recommend using the PE gas table for boosted setups and I'll even use it for some cam and different engine builds. It assures your not running too much timing in the main table in case PE isn't kicking in correctly. BUT again solely up to the tuner.

    They are FIC inj connection.

    I'd post a log to see if there is anything holding it back.. like a ton of knock or something.

    The VVE does not look correct. And the injector data looks way off.

    Both of those things will cause little odd issues mainly around driveablity. It will skew the tune. But it should still make good power at wide open.

    I will post once I get the log .For the injectors I just put 36#s and double the table or I need to fix somewhere else too? VVE I'm still new to this still searching on it . Thank you.

    Just got the injector data from FIC . Can anyone help me with the tune ? The offset VS volt is also showing table for LS2 instead of LS7 Table. Is there lot of things to change or i can get away with few changes. Thank you.

    Just match the table axis. Its not a LS2/LS7 thing

    you have it set at 7,100 rpm.

    I just checked do i need to double Stoich ? Its at stock numbers .

    Probably best to post a couple of things - log and injector data FIC gave you for confirmation of correct entry if the website will let you. Just looking at the tune it looks like you scaled it using volts - might want to scale using stoichio because I don't remember for sure, but I think if you use anything other than stoichio you're not supposed to scale anything else and it looks like you still have terms halved. Stoichio will keep it simple.
