Gen3 Coyote Tuning - General question about street tuning

I have the MPV12 non pro interface. I'm at the point with my 2022 Mustang GT FBO + Cams build where I'm looking to tune which in reality is
probably a max of 10-15 total HP from my previous FBO dyno verified setup.

I've tried to use scanner logs to discern elapsed time differences on the street but I'm now realizing that even with a modest amount of channels,
the time breakpoints my log are approx. .03 second. Any given change I make is highly likely only to be on that order... say .02 or .03 second faster
say 60-100. I'm on the dyno April 21. Any thoughts on realistically tuning for small hp gains on the street. Get a draggy?

I've given up on discerning results from MAF. I don't see reliable enough results there. For example, in my FBO dyno tuning from off the street to final
tune where I picked up about 10hp from tuning, my MAF (trims adjusted) was worse by about 1lb/min.

I usually go by air load.

I do verify at a track.
