Extended warranty

Warning, stupid questions incoming... I just found out my new to me 2014 Silverado L83 has an extended driveline warranty that requires I have it serviced at the dealer least once a year to maintain the warranty, so if I go in and change things, and I take it in for the annual service, or something breaks or wears out will the shop be able to tell if I reload the "found as" file before taking it in?

Yes they will see it's been tampered with if they look.

Thats what I thought. I wasn't planning anything crazy or wild just turn off DOD and add a little timing to the E-85 table, but they've already replaced the motor 50,000 miles ago so I don't want to screw that up. Thanks for the quick response.
