new ls1 383 stroker built ready to start on car help with tuning

    hi everyone
i just finished my new build, is 5.3, l33 aluminum block, stroke to 383 using tsp 383 stroker kit, piston -3cc dome
heads 706, mill to 0.20, valves intake 2.02 exhaust 1.60, port and polish 220cc intake 80cc exhaust.
    cam tsp 233 intake 239 exhaust 600 lift 112, lsa injectors #42s

put the engine in the car but when i tried to start it sounded like it off timing?
    crank but no start
I'm using my old tune for ls1 bolt on tuning
do i need to change cylinder volume, timing?
I have hp tuners and I'm learning.
    any help appreciated. thank you

Car is 1998 Pontiac trans am

Yes it all needs to be changed.
Do yourself a HUGE favor and put it on a trailer and tow it to a dyno tuner.
Let them get it set up, thats what they are paid for, and then when you bring it home, you can learn how to dial in everything else for everyday driving.
I would not risk putting holes in my pistons to learn on my brand new expensive engine.

That should run. I wonder if you got the cam off a tooth or something. It will not run great but it should run.

Ah, no. This is not right. I can tell you that even without knowing what "42lb" injectors you used.

A referenced return-type system uses only the 0 kPa column from the datasheet, all the way across all columns from left to right.
