Can't clear DTC on '18 Scat Pack

    Hey Guys,
I have 3 codes on my '18 Scat Pack P1400, U113F and U1140 but I can't clear them. I have my Dodge 2018+ Smart Access Cable installed. Do I need something else or am I doing something wrong?

some codes are permanent until the issue is actually fixed.

Permanent Diagnostic Trouble Codes (PDTCs) are very similar to regular Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). However, unlike regular DTCs, they cannot be reset by disconnecting the vehicle's battery or cleared using an On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) scan tool.

IDK I didn't find what codes are permanent exactly but what I have found is an article which claims that permanent DTC's are emission related only. In this case my code P1400 means Aftermarket Calibration Detected. I don't think that's emission related. Correct me If I'm wrong

P1400 happens when you switch your PCM. It may be there forever, it does not turn the CEL on.

Hook your active exhaust valves back up and the other 2 should clear.

It won't. I disabled P1400 for good and after rewriting my ECU the other 2 disappeared also.

If you have the code turned off in Diagnostics and the DTC still shows up, I have found that if you "Write Entire" instead of "Write Calibration", it will clear the Permanent DTC's.
