C7 Z06 tuning issues

Hello all,
This is a simple issue that's stumping me. I'm trying to turn off COT on a c7 z06. I 1) pulled the stock tune from the car and saved it separately. I then 2) modified a copy of the stock file, the only thing I changed is COT "Enable" to "Disable." I then 3) flashed the tune to the car and it won't start. I flash the stock tune back to the car and it starts perfectly.

Every single change in the tune is met by no start. Change temperature for COT enable? No start. Change boost actuator duty cycle? No start. Boost max limit change, no start. Stock tune starts perfectly every time.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated. I saw on the gen4 forums that the Camaro had this issue previously, and never saw how they fixed it.

Never heard of this issue before and I've tuned a ton of C7 Z06's.
