Question auto to manual tune: 2005 cummins

ive got a 2005 ram 3500 which i plan on doing a fmvb in the next month or so. i cant seem to find any spot on vcm editor to switch from auto (48re) to manual for fmvb. or is there another option for doing a fmvb that wont set codes or have any effect on performance?

    thanks. stock file.hpt

As I was searching for the same information I came up with nothing so I messaged Lavon directly and he said, kill all trans related codes if your ttva is still plugged in. Turn off all codes including gov pressure solenoid codes. Start the truck, read the list of trans codes and go back to your file, turn them off and repeat until theres no codes. Hope this helps!

look up a stock 2005 manual tune in the repository. compare it to your stock tune and you will see that there are some dramatic changes in the droop table, no throttle fueling etc.. Copy all the differences in that section to your tune. should fix the problem
