S550 GT Mustang challenge - what the hell is wrong with this picture??

Hi all. I see there are a lot of very bright, knowledgeable people on here with skills way beyond mine, so I wanted to throw out this challenge to get your collective ideas. I have a manual S550 GT Mustang that DIES around the 2000 rpm / 80 km/h mark and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. Does anyone know???? I have attached the log file I took. If you go through, you can see places where at ~80km/h I hit the throttle and get NOTHING. I know you're all doing your thing, and you probably don'[t have time to really look, but I'm absolutely at a loss...and I'd really appreciate your ideas before I start randomly tearing the engine down looking for the culprit.
