    problem jeep tj 4.0 2004 wheel size does not update

    My 2004 jeep tj I can't update the wheel size or gear ratio, I have mpvi3 and the most current beta version, but I can't, anyone with the same problem?

    i believe you have to physically change the speedo gear in the transfer case for whatever gear ratio / tire size you are running. should be a chart online to tell you what size speedo gear you need.

    Issue is that I don't have any gears to change, I have a rubicon style electronic sending unit that reads off a pickup wheel with a fixed number of teeth.
    Dakota Digital makes a converter box that will alter the electronic signal, just would be nice to be able to edit the values in the ECM since it clearly should be possible.

    02 wrangler, 4.0, 5-speed.

    I have a non-stock transfer case which doesn't have any gears to change.
