I have gone through every step on the instructions to connect my MVP3 to my iphone via bluetooth, and can't even get my iphone to see the MVP3 on available connections. My laptop seems to see it. I paid the dealership $180 today to reflash my car to stock, to download and send to Lund, only to find I couldn't connect to the device. Had to reflash back to the Whipple. Waste of time and money...hoping someone has some insight here. Thanks in advance.
Did you try cable and laptop?
I tried cable via laptop to power it, and it showed bluetooth availble on my laptop, but not my iphone. It was the phone connectivity that sold me on the device.Originally Posted by gtstorey
I have a 2 so really haven’t kept up with the 3, but I don’t think it is sold as being compatible with using a phone for anything. I don’t even think that it is designed for doing a lot of it’s functionality with BT on a laptop.
