Throttle response in a 2012 Chevy Malibu

I have a 2012 Chevy Malibu Fleet, ECM is E37, Engine is LE9. Trans is a 6T40 (MH8). Also i am new to tuning and still reading and learning. Purchased a MPVI3+ a month or so ago.

I would like to improve the throttle/shift response of the car. I am a commuter and Id like to make the throttle response more snappy. Looking at the stock tune from my vehicle, I don't see a driver demand section like other post have stated to make changes to. I see the electronic throttle tables, but i must admit the warning on the bottom of the tables is a put off.

What is the proper way to achieve this? spark timing, torque management, shift patterns in the transmission, etc?

I have attached my stock tune for review: STOCK 2012 Chevy Malibu E37 04052023.hpt

Real basic stuff. Click through engine and trans and run a compare.

Awesome. Thanks. I'll look over the tune and work to understand what was done and I will have some questions.
