Does anyone know if the software can actually write to the TCM? I can change transmission settings with the software, but it does not seem to change how the transmission is shifting. I have tried several changes and made large changes to the setting, but the transmission shift into OD the same.
Please let me know if a 2004 jeep with 42RLE TCM can be modified with the software.
