Sometimes Alcohol Content Goes to 0% After ECM Flash

We have a car in our shop with E92 ECM that sometimes shows 0% alcohol content after we flash the ECM. We've tried writing calibration, writing entire, etc. There is no Check Engine light, and no Powertrain DTCs are picked up by VCM Scanner. However, any time this happens, it can be resolved in a couple of seconds by clearing the DTCs. Has anyone else ever run across this problem?

Flashing resets it to whatever's in Minimum Percent, then it needs to reach the Learning Trigger delay before it updates? Guess you could change Minimum % to like 5 and see if it defaults to that after a flash instead of zero.

That's the thing. It's always worked fine for the last few years, on this car and more than 100 others, no matter how many times they were flashed.
