Hey everyone,

My 15 Yukon engine tore up due to typical problems related to DOD parts.. So I need to build a new engine, which is in the works.

I decided to go with a 4" crank and I have some questions about what to change in the tuning.. It's going to be a 415ci which is 51.78ci per cyl.. I'm going to use a stock'ish cam because it's too much for me to take on with the displacement change and and the transmission tuning..

With just a displacement change. Do I just change the cyl volume and go from there? And with these 8l90 transmissions, should I just replace the converter with a stock unit since I'm not changing the cam? Can I change the stall speed in the software? How does the software stall work?

Do you have any TQ converter recommendations for the 8l90?
