    O2 ready monitor wont set

This truck is turbo 5.3 with Cam. Cant seem to figure out why the O2 monitors wont set. Its been driving for over a year so plenty of time to set , I believe it to be in the tuning somewhere . Any help is great appreciated

You have several of those disabled. If memory serves me it is doing a several tests including a comparison of B1S2 and B2S2. Most will also use a switching rate to determine degradation. Easy to check on an "O" scope. It was a requirement when I was doing Smog tests. Every once in a while the BAR would come out and make you do hands on tests like this. Alos you didn't really mention if the fuel gauge/sending unit is functional through the PCM. That is also a requirement. Maybe someone else will chime in with other requirements
