2021 ZL1 with the unlocked T93 - not going good, trans not happy! Help & tips needed

Guys, I need your help with this new T93 TCM procedure.

Here's the background story. Last year this 2021 ZL1 received one of those modified T87A TCMs and I did some trans tuning on it with no issues. Fast forward to a year later (present time) and the owner decides he wants to install the original T93 TCM back into the zl1.

    1. So I send out the original T93 TCM to HP Tuners to get unlocked.
    2. I received the original TCM install it back into the original car
    3. I download the lates beta software to gain access to the T93 TCM
    4. I perform a "read file" and get a stock file from the HP Tuners server
    5. I make one change to the file and raise some max torque limits, license and flash the T93 TCM

I go for a test drive and the car donkey stomps me when I put it into drive and when I get the car out on the street (normal granny driving) it is clunking bad with every shift I make. I bring the car back in and park it until I can get some more information.

I know the unlocked T93 tcm is a pretty new thing, but does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or what I could do to fix this?

    Thanks,

Would it make sense to flash back to stock and do another test drive?

I have the exact same issue. I just kept driving with it and it eventually worked itself out.
