Hey Guys,
Using the Gpec2 5.7 for the 6.4.
I get weird fuel trims and engine dies sometimes.
I copy the 6.4 PCM from a 2013 SRT.
Can the PCM handle 7 layers or should the ANN be stock 5.7 ?

what happens when you turn it off?
ANN?
Doesnt try this yet.
Last year I ve try to disable ANN on a Dodge without succes.
Ive also disabled VVT for this, nothing happens?
If ANN is disabled the VE table(s) is used.

This is what I thought, but didnt work.
But I want to keep ANN on, so I would rather find a solution for the crazy trims?
The easy way would be to flash the PCM with a 6.4 Calibration so it has the correct logic for ANN. then use HP to change Displacement back to 5.7 so ABS works

Yeah, thanks.
But wouldnt that give new troubles like wrong bcm?
And what program do I need to flash?
No it will not effect BCM, If you are in Germany reach out to Kraftwerks they can flash it for you.

I hoped someone has done this yet and give me the answer.
I have set the ANN to stock and test it these days, like Purple said.
Maybe the calibration is different and influence the cam incorrectly.

your cam could be off 45 degree and it would not cause that ^^^
you are way lean for some reason
The only thing I could think to ask may be is, are you certain you've got the correct injector data entered for a 2013 6.4L SRT? I can't say for sure but I feel like those values might be selling yourself a little short there may be. Just a thought.

you could try using these numbers
If the ANN didnt response, I ll try that inj data too, thanks.
And yes, these ate the correct inj data from a charger 6.4 2013.
The injectors from the Jeep SRT that I have should be the same Mopar number.
I have try to correct the inj data without any better result.
Something I cant believe and make me confused is, at 0:45 the stft said always +32 and then the ltft goes -23 !
Doesnt make sense to me ?
6.4 is using different fuel pump/pr. values this might be messing the trims

I know about this, but in idle or without load this shouldn?t be a number.
Ive already set the fuel loss table a little higher.
Just use the trainer. You could've been done by now.
Yes, thats the next stepp, time to find out how the trainer works….
Car runs fine so far….so copy all data over and leave the ANN stock for the swap !
