    Desired Throttle Area P59

Ive been tuning for some time now and have never seen a clear answer on how far is too far of an adjustment to this table? Consequences of going to far are bricking the PCM. That much is clear, but has anyone actually adjusted this with success? If so, how far was it adjusted and was it done all at once and left alone or did you move it in increments til you found where you liked it? Did you notice any other changes that occured after the fact, such as skewed AFR down low? Ive searched and most threads or google results are about gen 4 and im particularly curious about gen 3 (p01 P59) None of the books ive read or classes ive been in say much other than "its best to leave it alone"...answers?

There are several tables that are not listed in HPT that are redundant that need to be changed by the same percentage in order to keep the computer happy.

There's a second processor in the TAC that does the same calculations on the throttle data as the processor in the PCM does, and if the two processors do their parallel math and come up with answers that differ by some unknown amount, they stop playing. They are constantly comparing their answers to check each other. None of the stuff happening on the TAC side is accessible, it's not even programmable in TIS/SPS.
