Silverado 5.3L Delco E90 : Flexfuel remap P16F3 Problem

Good evening, probably a silly question, but it's the first time I'm working on an E90 Delco with E85.

My conversion method seems to be working (injector gain). However, I have a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) and a limp mode when I touch this map (P16F3 permanently). I tried to remove the P-code (see the attached maps), but it remains active from the start.

How can I get out of this situation?

Did you use an e85 sensor kit for a 14-19 truck for the physical install? Ive been wanting to a E85 to my 2021 but wasnt sure if that part would work.
