If you were going to fine tune your config. file, would you do it without looking at a data log? Why would you expect us to do it? Show us the log also. The comment about not seeing MAP below 90 kpa sounds like a red flag.

Because I missed the attachment. Wasn't on purpose.

I just figured this one out. I'm at 3,300+ft here and atmospheric pressure today is 29.8 which is about 95kPa. KOEO PID is reading 29. So at best I may hit 95 but with with my tiny factory TB IF it every hit 95 the time spent there would be minimum.

Log the STFT along with the B1 and B2 O2mv, along with TPS. looks like you have a lot of KR activity in unusual places. Upgrade fuel and see if it goes away, if it does not, it's likely false and you can desensitise the tables by 5 percent at a time and retest.

I don't know what happened to my STFT. O2mv or my TP position values. I had the same thing happen to my LTFTs and had to delete them and re-do them with the exact same parameters and they work again. I'll do that for the values that quit working again unless there is an easier fix.

I'm running about 3/4 tank 91oct currently. When I fill up again it will be 91 also. I've increased timing in the lower load areas since adding 91oct but the areas it it is still showing knock haven't changed. Debating on an obtain booster just to see what happens. I cannot figure out how to desensitize the knock sensors with this generation PCM.

Back to the TB subject and the lack of 0 vacuum I looked up what I can find on the factory TB. Got this off of Summit. 440 CFM! I had a bigger carb on my old 72 Pinto with a 2.0 4cyl.

Looks like your OS does not have the function for the knock sensor sensitivity. Maybe one of the pro's has access to it in an older software version?

did you ever get it lined out? I have a very similar build in my 96 silverado. it starts and runs kinda super rich from the 42lb injectors I have also replaced the TB with a 80mm BBK. and I'm looking for a file to get me in the ball park.

    95%

I still have a lean condition at low RPM high load that I'm fighting but other than that runs really well.

How did you get a bigger TB? The hole in intake is no bigger than factory TB, didn't think there was that much material that could be removed.
