I just want to be able to rev it a lil when in park or neutral and it will always not let me just wondering if theres something Im missing in the tables that needs to be adjusted to let me do this all the rev limiters have been set to 6800.

In additional to making sure all of your rev limit table are set properly you also need to do the following:
Fuel > Cutoff/DFCO >
Acceleration Threshold - Zero out this table
Cmd Torque Delta - Change the Neutral/Park rows to match whatever 1st gear is set to
Commanded Torque - Set Neutral, Park and Reverse to the maximum value, which I think is 6,042
I will say though, that I have seen this still NOT work on some 2019+ cars. I think there could be some tables we cannot see that were added in later model years to restrict this.
