Erroneous Torque Source - RPM Limit

Need some help with an issue I was having at the track yesterday.

When I'd run down the track, the engine would hit 5400 rpm (give or take) and just stumble, buck, etc

When you look at the data log the Torque Source switches from "Pedal" to "RPM Limit" however the RPM limit tables are set for 6750 and higher

Some added information. The pulley combo produces 19 psi, but I only have a 2 Bar MAP sensor installed, so I scale it as best I can.

The car pulls hard, really hard, but you hit 5400+ rpm and bam.... stumble, buck, jerk, etc
