Cannot read our jeep - sees it and vin

Ok so I am still getting my 1978 squarebody running again after a mishap but now has an 02 8.1L so will need to learn reading and tuning.

Tried reading our 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JLU just to mess with it and poke around. I cannot read the PCM and not sure why.
Thoughts?

Anything FCA after 2018 has a secure gateway module that will not allow you in. There are several methods to bypass this. For programming keys i use bypass cables made by Diagnostix box (tdb084) and Advanced diagnostics (adc2011)
